I am a believer in the healing potential of yoga on a physical and psychological level. I am passionate about exploring and incorporating elements of therapeutic work in my yoga practice.
Enabling people to have an authentic relationship with themselves and experience their bodies in a positive way is my main goal as a teacher.
I qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2017 from Avani Yoga Academy. Since finishing my training I teach group classes and 1-1 sessions.
I love flowing sequences that necessitate the participants concentration to focus on the movement enabling the over thinking part of the mind to switch off. Sessions always end with a moment of pause.
