An opportunity to explore your own relationship with perfectionism in a safe space without judgement. 

This workshop is for everybody.  It will include yoga practice, exploration perfectionistic thinking, behaviour and where it stems from.  Exploring the idea of making friends with ‘Good Enough’.  Learning to praise our own achievements. A safe space in which to connect with yourself
